Frank is everything you want in a contractor, well at least, what we wanted. First and foremost, he was responsive. Trying to get someone to call you back, even when they’ve already been onsite to see the project was close to impossible. It took us over 2 years to find Frank and he was well worth the wait. The next value that stuck out for us was his integrity and accountability. His pricing is fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship of he and his team far exceeded our expectations. We hired him to remodel our bathroom and we were so impressed by him and his work ethic, we asked him to help us with installing skylights, building a walk-in closet, and opening up a wall in our kitchen. We had been searching for a new entertainment center and a headboard and weren’t happy with what we were finding, so we asked if he could create them for us. He did not disappoint. Our niece created design specs for our bedroom closet and entertainment center and we provided inspiration photos for what we wanted around the opening in the kitchen. The headboard was an addition we requested and his incredibly talented woodworker Mark sketched it out for us. It is simply perfect and adds a finished, cohesive look to our bedroom we’ve wanted since we moved in. Frank and his team’s cleanliness and attention to detail was exceptional. We are blown away with the end result and we are so incredibly grateful to him for bringing our vision and dreams to life. We’ve lived here for 20 years and it feels like we are living in a “new” home. As with any remodel, there were set-backs and last minute changes/requests but he addressed all of them and wasn’t satisfied until we were. He has earned our trust. He is a rare find. You will not be disappointed.
