Andrade & Co. LLC

Andrade & Co. is the one company you need to maintain your home and make it your own. Proprietor Thomas Andrade is incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking and fastidious. He’s also lead certified, which is very important in Rhode Island, due to our antique housing stock, but also hard to find. In my 1925 house, Andrade has handled plumbing, building science issues, and repairs that included integrating new materials into plaster walls and replacing original wood trim. He did this seamlessly, while containing lead dust, and I would trust him with any project!

Andrade&CoLLC came out to my home to give my husband and I a quote on s total home renovation. I just want to say phenomenal the work is impeccable. I will start with Mr. Andrade's introduction he is very well groomed very polite and friendly, he is very knowledgeable about details, mostly he listened and delivered. I moved into a home that required s lot of work, Mr. Andrade replaced (5) 32” windows with 85” and 47” windows WOW!!! what a transformation… he built a new bathroom walk in downstairs and s gorgeous custom bathroom upstairs. He took down a wall to make a master bedroom, all I can say is BEAUTIFUL his work is amazing he is very neat and professional he cleaned up after every project. We did a total home renovation over 5 months..Mr. Andrade found water leakages and areas of the floors that where deteriorated and fixed them right away, I believe that another contractor would have just ignored the issue and covered it up.. I have gone through this in a home I purchased years ago, so I appreciate his honesty, We love his work and we plan on having him back for basement work. I highly recommend this contractor, he is professional, clean, honest he was on the job with his crew, We took notice the respect he showed his crew , he showed us the same respect has a great eye for details. I LOVE our home it’s.. beautiful Thank you Thomas and crew

I had my house for just about a year and we noticed water getting in when there would be a driving ran. When I called they came out quickly and gave a thorough inspection explaining to me exactly what as going on and why I should replace the roof. They gave a fair price and got out to do the job within a couple of weeks. They finished the whole job in one day and we have had several rain storms since and I have no more water issues! Thanks for all the hard work!

Thomas and crew did a fantastic job on my total kitchen remodel from a new tile floor to backsplash and cabinets to building a new island. Also came across some rot and instead of going over it he pointed it out to me and replaced what had to be replaced. I would highly recommend Tom for his professionalism and craftsmanship and personality
