In 2025, a Google customer said Androc Plumbing & Heating winterized their house, fixed a dishwasher and installed a new water tank. A 2026 customer called them very fast and efficient. The business holds an A+ grade with the Better Business Bureau and a 3.4-star Google rating from 12 ratings. A 2025 customer said they lied about damages they caused. A 2024 customer said they called on a Saturday about a leaking water tank on their commode, no one called back, and they fixed it themselves after trips to Calais for parts. A 2023 customer said they never answered the phone or returned calls. A 2023 customer said they had to call three times to learn when a scheduled appointment would happen, and that the next day they never showed up to install a pump for a time-sensitive business project, and never called.
Very fast, and efficient
I gave 1 star because I’m not allowed to give zero. Very Unprofessional, they even lied about damages they caused. I’ll never do business with these guys. 💩
They are incredibly professional. They winterized and summarized our house, fixed a dishwasher and installed a new water tank. THANKYOU for what you do.
i had a leaking water tank on my commode that I tried to fix. After spending 4 hours on a job that would normally have took me only 15 minutes to fix, I decided I needed help. So I called these guys. Knowing that it was on a Saturday I knew that it would take some time for someone to call me back and, at least, to let me know if they could come and fix it. But no, no one called me back or even made an effort to let me know if they could have a service person come to fix it. So I made several trips to Calais on Sunday to try to find parts that I couldn't get locally. I found what I thought would work, and it did, so I fixed it my self. I am 78 years old and have a bad hand issue but I got it fixed. I won't call these guys for anything.
Never answer the phone nor return phone calls.
