Paul C, your technician just installed a new control box and wayer sensor and got here late be ause another job delayed him.. BUT, Paul never rushed, or hurried ! He was as professional as always, meticulously in his work and took the extra time to make sure everything , including the sprinkler heads were aiming correctly. He was extremely conscientious even though he had more than a ten or twelve hour day !! You have an extremely dependable, knowledgeable and personable employee in Paul!!!
