One recent customer had a storage unit to empty and did not need to be there: once the facility opened the lock, Anthony went over that same day and sent a photo when the unit was completely empty. A customer whose parents were renovating a townhouse texted Anthony pictures and video of scrap lumber, junk AC units, a sink and sheet rock; on the day, Anthony texted his ETA, and when they were done they swept up and offered to mop. A first-time customer said Anthony came by himself, did all the loading himself and charged what he said he would. Someone who reached out in the morning said he showed up a few hours later. A 2026 customer said it took them less than 10 minutes to remove a large couch and ottoman from the top floor of the home. A 2025 customer said other junk removal companies quoted $200 higher than Anthony did. A 2025 customer said Anthony scheduled a hot tub removal within a limited time frame, was on time and cleaned up well. A 2023 customer said others could not take a "non-standard" fridge, and Anthony had it out the same day. A 2022 customer said Anthony took down an above-ground pool and deck and hauled away the debris in one day. A 2022 customer said he took a very large entertainment center apart to remove it, taking care not to scratch walls or doors.
