A recent customer said Bryan replaced a broken burner element in their oven, worn hinges and a freezer ice maker water line, and noted the company uses OEM repair parts rather than aftermarket parts; that customer later added that Bryan replaced the drain pump on an LG front-load washer. A recent customer said Chuck worked on their La Cornue range and the cost was exactly what he quoted. A 2026 customer whose washer stopped mid-cycle said Chuck suggested it was likely the lid switch, sent the exact part number and a video, and insisted they try the fix themselves; it turned into a $15 fix. A 2025 customer said Chuck fixed their Aga oven and gave it a thorough servicing and cleaning. In a 2024 review, a customer said a $150 dishwasher visit for a draining issue ended with no repair beyond adding back a loose part, and four months later the same draining issue caused a leak through the kitchen floor to the basement. A 2023 customer said they paid over $400 and their washer was never fixed. A 2023 customer said a tech introduced a new fault in the machine, and the office manager promised to follow up, did not, and later hung up on them. A 2022 customer said a tech charged $250 for a visit and did not fix anything.
Very pleased with the service that we received from Anytime Appliance. Bryan replaced a broken burner element in our oven as well as worn hinges that were tricky to remove due to their age. Bryan also replaced our freezer ice maker water line (also a little tricky to snake through to our basement valve). Very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Great communication with Anytime's office on scheduling and estimates. Also would like to note Anytime uses OEM repair parts rather than aftermarket parts. I would highly recommend Anytime if you need any appliance repairs. Update: A few weeks ago my LG front load washing machine got a drain pump error. Bryan replaced the drain pump and got my washer working again. Very pleased with the Anytime's service.
Company pulled a no call no show twice. Waited over a week for first available slot, then after no show was given the excuse that the computer ate the appointment with the dispatcher saying she remembered all the details of the call and had entered them in herself. So, waited another week for second appointment. This time was told no one had seen my response to the confirmation email (though later admitted it was in their inbox) so they canceled the appointment without telling me. Then said they were completely booked up and couldn't send some one for over another week. Gave up and called Macri Appliance who sent a technician the next day.
Chuck is the best. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my La Cornue range. He’s so knowledgeable, cares about what he does, and the cost was exactly what he quoted us. Highly recommend!!
I asked for help repairing my washing machine, which had stopped mid-cycle and would not restart. Chuck got back to me via email and phone, and suggested that it was likely the lid switch - he found me the exact part number, a video explaining how to access the faulty switch for replacement, and insisted I try to fix it myself before hiring him to help. It turned into a $15 fix myself, and my washer is back to working again. In doing so, I'm imagining Chuck turned down an easy $100 or so that he could have charged to do the service. Being able to recognize an easy fix, and looking out for me to be able to save some cash, shows tremendous character and respect. Chuck has earned himself and this repair shop a return customer, if and when I have an appliance break in a way I can't fix.
My repair person, James, diagnosed my dryer issue, ordered the part and fixed the problem in no time. I've used Anytime Appliance over the years and have always been treated like a valued customer. Thank you, James and staff at Anytime Appliance.
