AP Wood Floors

AP Wood Floors installs and refinishes wood floors. The company says it specializes in installing wood and vinyl plank floors and refinishing wood floors, and it claims 28 years in business. Its own site lists a service area that runs from Fairfield, Westport and Trumbull to Stamford and Greenwich, plus Westchester County. A recent customer thanked Adelio and his team for their hardwood floors and called them detailed and respectful of the home. A 2025 customer said Leo and Junior showed up when they said they would and completed the job for exactly what they quoted. A 2025 reviewer wrote, "As a builder I use AP on all my jobs." A 2022 customer said the company helped restore the original floors in a 115-year-old house, helped remove the old carpet and the nails and staples, and took apart the banister. A 2024 customer said they had used the company for years on their remodeling projects and that Adelio and his team were knowledgeable about the different flooring products. A 2024 repeat customer thanked the crew for another job. A 2022 customer who had the whole house's flooring replaced said one piece of wood was damaged in the installation and that, nine months after a promise to fix it, the company had not returned emails or fixed the problem. A 2021 customer said that after an August 2019 job, he looked at problems found in 2020 and blamed the HVAC; that customer retained a wood floor expert, said it was clearly an installation issue, and said he would not fix it.
