On one recent job, two rooms were booked and they ended up cleaning a third room and a wool stair runner as well. Robert Archer cleaned dryer vents on another and was called prompt and very reasonable. Sean and Elvin worked on old rugs, trying everything they could to get rid of dog stains and hair built up over the years. On one job carpets were steam cleaned with no residue left behind, and the couch looks brand new. He cleaned 3 rugs and 2 pieces of furniture on another visit. Robert and the crew made a carpet look brand new on one job, with state-of-the-art equipment. On one call they came the very next day and did 10 years worth of cleaning in one trip. With old carpets, results can vary: on one deep clean Robert left the stairs looking fantastic, while the stains in the main living room were lighter, and another deep clean was planned for the fall. In a 2025 review, Rob and his team did carpet cleaning and vent sweeping and got paint out of one of the carpets.
