I highly recommend Arkie Roger’s Septic Service Inc. Previously, I used Arkie Rogers in November of 2021 to inspect and pump my elderly mother’s septic tank and was very pleased with their service. They were VERY respectful, professional, and always got back to me in a quick and timely manner.  So, without hesitation, I called them again for assistance to pump the septic tank again after her death to get her house put up for sale. As before, they responded quickly to all our needs. They pumped the tank and discovered a broken cover on the tank. After talking with us, they came up with a plan to repair the cover and help us get the property up to a sellable condition. They treated us like family in my opinion. Helping us navigate the job in Maine from our house here in South Carolina. We were under a strict timeline to have the septic pumped and inspected prior to the sale of the house. They have great customer service and are reliable, trustworthy company.  From the main office to the technician Sam, they are truly the best.  Thank you so much for making my job as the executor go flawlessly in such a bad time of losing a family member.

Rare, outstanding customer service! Crew was very professional cleaning my septic tank in the fall. I sent them an email last evening asking for some advice on my drain field (unrelated to the tank pump-out). To my surprise, instead of an email reply this morning, a crew (including the owner) came out to the house and performed a quick, courtesy inspection/consultation for me. I had concerns of a much larger problem but their professional opinion was that it was something almost inconsequential. We can review it in more detail after the ground thaws, which I'll probably do. Highly recommended!

Residential Septic Tank Pump Out: They responded to my inquiry within a few hours with a price. I scheduled the service over the phone. They were about 2 weeks out on septic tank pump outs. They showed up and did the job on schedule. No issues with customer service. They have an online payment option using a card or direct pay. Keep your email receipt if you pay online. They charge an extra $100 per foot if they have to dig out the tank covers. Call them if you need immediate attention.
