Doors too: entry doors, patio doors, double-mulled units. That is the business, whatever the category label says. Shawn and Eric Arsenault run it from Temple Street in Gardner, out in Worcester County, and BBB dates the business to February 2003. The inland address is misleading about where they work: the permit trail runs straight up the coast — four jobs in Marblehead between 2022 and 2023, plus Beverly, Danvers, Middleton, Topsfield and Salisbury. Jobs land between roughly $4,500 for a single patio door and $29,000 for a full house of windows. The specialisation cuts both ways. If you want your 1920s sashes swapped for insulated units without wrecking the openings, this is a crew that has done it dozens of times in towns like yours. If you want a kitchen gutted, nothing in the permit record shows them doing that, whatever the directory's stock service menu claims. One thing to ask about: BuildZoom lists two Massachusetts home improvement contractor registrations for them — #171474, which it says it saw active in July 2026, and #163985, which the state lists as having been cancelled. That is the shape of an old registration replaced by a new one, but it is worth confirming which is current at the Office of Consumer Affairs before you sign. No customer has written about them anywhere we looked, so ask for two or three nearby addresses from the last year — window jobs are easy to drive past and look at.
