Astro Moving

Used them twice. Second time they lost part of my bed frame and chipped a drawer. I asked multiple times for the frame pieces specifically as they reinforce the middle of the bed and they repeatedly said “they were never there” and then stopped answering. Now I have to purchase new pieces.

Astro Moving helped move my entire home from one city to a very small town. They were ON TIME, quick, professional and handled all my items with care. We have used Astro for five moves. Astro movers are trained professionals, courteous, friendly, careful, and thorough. I've been impressed with their expertise, their problem-solving attitude, and particularly their ability to manage pickups and drop-off in multiple location in one long day. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. Will use them again.

Had a good experience for a local move. Tom came out and gave us the quote. Got a follow up a few days before confirming time, date and addresses. Crew of 3 did the move. Only got Don's name but all 3 worked hard. Went over the bill and how they calculated it. Efficient and would use again.

I hired this moving company in hopes of a smooth and professional move, but unfortunately, my experience was far from it. During the move, they broke an expensive banister in my home. The damage was significant, and I was initially hopeful that they would take responsibility for it. However, when I reached out to them, they refused to accept any accountability for the damage, leaving me completely frustrated. The lack of professionalism and respect for my property is beyond disappointing. Not only did they fail to handle my belongings with care, but their refusal to make things right shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against hiring this company. Their disregard for customer property and failure to take accountability for their actions is beyond frustrating. I will not be recommending them to anyone, and I will be pursuing legal action to ensure I am fairly compensated for the damage.
