The company describes itself as the top selling brokerage in Salem, with more than a dozen full-time agents covering the North Shore and Greater Boston and handling sales, rentals and investment property. Mike Becker fronts the operation on its own site. The written accounts are few but unusually concrete, and all of them are about doing more than opening doors. A seller writing in May 2024 needed major clean-out work inside and outside their parents' house before it could go on the market; they said Mike organised the whole thing quickly enough to catch prime selling season. In an October 2021 account, a couple selling their first home hit an appraisal that demanded an exterior repaint on short notice, and said he lined up a professional painter who finished it inside a week. This is a reasonable call for a North Shore seller who wants a broker willing to project-manage the work a house needs before listing, and for a first-time buyer who wants hand-holding. Because the firm also does rentals and investment deals, say which you want at the outset, and ask which of its dozen-plus agents would actually be yours, plus their closings in your town this year.
