Owner Zine Bel Qaid says he spent over a decade learning the trade in Tuscany, Italy before settling in Massachusetts; the company has operated since 7/2/2012. Its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license (#174147) is active on the state registry, and BuildZoom lists the same license number. BuildZoom gives the company a score of 108 — in the top 5% of Massachusetts contractors — based on 19 permitted projects, mostly retaining walls and masonry steps. Houzz shows 9 more posted projects. The Better Business Bureau lists it as an A+, accredited business (accredited since 12/6/2019) with six employees. In a December 2024 Reddit thread, a poster waiting on quotes from Atlantic Masonry & Tile and one other company wrote that they both seem great so far. Its site also says it holds a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor credential, though no number is given to check. A fit for stone, brick and concrete hardscape work — retaining walls, patios, walkways and chimneys — and for tile installation on larger jobs; confirm current pricing and timeline, and get the scope in writing before signing.
