????? (2/5) I hired Axel expecting that he would be performing the painting work himself. Instead, the job was done by his wife, Eloyna/Julie, and a helper. The helper appeared to have very limited painting experience, which was concerning given the scope of the project. The paint work that was completed looks reasonably good in some areas, which is the main reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, they did not bring enough paint to properly finish the job, and several areas clearly needed an additional coat because the previous wall color is still visible through the new paint. I was assured that they would return to complete the work and apply the additional coat, but despite numerous attempts to contact both Eloyna/Julie and Axel, I never received a response and they never came back. While parts of the finished work are acceptable, leaving a project unfinished and then failing to honor a commitment to return is unprofessional.Show
