A 2019 customer whose new home had a retaining wall built wrong, with water pouring in from an underground spring, said the wall had to be completely rebuilt with proper drainage and that they put in a flagstone walkway to match the patio; that customer put the project at $20,000. A 2018 customer said a 100 ft stone paver walkway was installed on time. A 2018 customer who said they had been in the contracting business a long time wrote that the company gave a fair daily rate for labor-only items added near the end of the project.
