Btown has ghosted me. I got 1 call back a couple weeks ago to confirm an appointment time. I took time off work and otherwise in order to be home and available. They never showed up, did not call to cancel or reschedule. My attempts since then have gone unanswered. I’ve left 2 messages since then, so it’s not like I’m hounding this local business. I hope they’re ok and not going through a hardship, but as hard as I try to deal locally… I feel ghosted.
We've had electrical work done a few times over the years by Mike McKenzie at B-Town Electric from simple work to full replacement of whole house panels. Great service, quick to respond, quick to provide reasonable quotes and excellent quality craftsmanship. If we could give 100 out of 100 stars we would!! Mary & Bob Lysakowski Ware Ma
they were wonderful and did a excellent job
Mike and his co-worker were prompt and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and I was very pleased with their work.I will definitely recommend them
We highly recommend B Town Electric. We had a wall removed in our kitchen only to find out the majority of wiring to the 2nd story was inside that wall. We called Mike at B Town and he was able to move the wires without a problem and install ceiling lights throughout our kitchen. If you want a electrician that's honest, skilled and profession - I would recommend contacting B Town. Will be using them in the future for sure!
