A 2023 customer said the installer, Jamie, put in a fourteen-hour day but got it done and done well. That 2023 customer also said the job cost more than budgeted, with a couple of optional items added, and that the bill was not itemized. A 2023 customer said the man who installed the tub was rude, talked about how easily he could pick the home's locks and made sexist remarks about women. That 2023 customer also disliked the tub drain, saying it could not be removed to clear clogs and was too small for a 1/4-inch drain snake.
The guy that installed my tub was unpleasant and rude. He made me feel unsafe in my home, especially with him in it. He talked about how he could easily pick all my home’s lock and break in. He also made fairly sexist remarks about women. I think his name was Patrick. Also, I hate the tub drain. No way to remove it to clear clogs and it’s too small to fit a 1/4” drain snake in otherwise.
Pleasant on the telephone. Awaiting installation, like everyone else they have staffing problems. More expensive than we budgeted for, but we did get a couple of optional items. Update; The installer, Jamie, was great to work with, he deserves 5 stars. He must have put in a fourteen hour day but got it done and done well. Only complaint, the bill wasn’t itemized, can’t see what anything costs.
