Its Google page is a clean five stars across 36 ratings, and the reviews lean heavily toward the solar side of the business: panel installs, battery backups, and the permitting and utility coordination that comes with them. Recent reviews name individual technicians directly -- in a June 2026 review, one homeowner praised Elijah for walking them through every step of a job, and in an April 2026 review a commercial client described using BD for ongoing maintenance on a solar system after struggling to find anyone else willing to do it. Reviews further back describe the bigger jobs the company is known for: in a January 2026 review, a homeowner had 27 panels and a backup battery installed, timed to close out before year-end for a tax deadline, with BD handling the town and utility sign-offs; in a 2022 review, another customer credited BD with rescuing two solar installations a previous installer had abandoned, work still being finished five years later. A 2024 review described BD fixing bad wiring work a prior electrician had left behind in an older South Coast home. There's a small wrinkle in its own history: BBB lists BD at eight years in business, while the company's site describes a 2007 founding, closer to nineteen years -- worth asking about directly if tenure matters to you. Between the BBB grade, a footprint spanning the South Shore, North Shore, and Cape, and reviews describing everything from a single warehouse LED retrofit to full residential solar-and-battery systems, it's a reasonable call for electrical or solar work of nearly any size.
