The company says it has been in business six years. A recent Google customer said their house had not been washed in several years, with stained gutters and downspouts and tree stain and mold on one side, and that it now looks brand new. A recent Google customer whose walkways had never been done since the house was bought in 1990 said Josh left the house shiny. A recent customer said they were happy with the service at their home and at their beach house. A 2025 Google customer said Josh and his team worked on the siding, stairs, windows and sunroom, and that he recommended a painter to follow up. A 2024 Google customer said the company put up Christmas lights on their house. A 2023 Google customer said Josh looked up the home on Google Earth and gave a quote over the phone, then moved the deck furniture while being careful not to scratch their Trex deck. A recent Google customer who hired the company to clean gutters said the dirt was thrown on the yard and never cleaned up, the gutters were never flushed, and no one called back. A recent Thumbtack customer said they accepted an estimate and called the office 7 to 9 times to schedule without ever hearing back from Josh. A 2025 Thumbtack customer said the house was soaped once and rinsed once, with debris still coming off. A 2024 Google customer said a $250 softwash left residue in the driveway, the sidewalk was not washed as quoted, and the solution used on cedar siding killed grass near the house and stripped or lightened stain on the deck; that customer said the owner never came by to assess it. A 2022 Google customer said the company sprayed directly into a vent on the side of the house and flooded the basement. On Google the company holds 4.3 stars from 21 ratings, and on Thumbtack 4.5 stars from 28 ratings.
