Kevin and his team went above and beyond to help me with the significant electrical repairs my house needed when another electrician unexpectedly backed out of the job. He was very responsive, helpful, and had very accurate estimates of how much time the job would take. He and his team did a great job and will be my electricians of choice going forward. Kevin came by and installed a ceiling light which went great. But then I asked him to fix my security cameras at the very beginning of July. He started the job but wasn't able to finish sealing the waterproofing. I expressed my concern that the cameras were probably getting water damaged they were sitting there exposed. He said he was absolutely sure this wasn't happening. Sure enough, when he finally made it back over 3 weeks later, one of the cameras was completely defunct from water damage. I was super nice about it even though he didn't even acknowledge his mistake. He then went to complete the job but was missing a screen to make them all go live. He said he'd let me know his availability. When I hadn't heard from him in a few weeks, I told him that I really didn't feel safe since the way he disconnected the security cameras had left all of the cameras offline. He never reached out with a time to come by and finish, so finally by the end of August, I had to call someone else to finish the job. I get that all electricians are really busy but if you don't have the capacity to do the job, you should just be upfront about that instead of leaving someone hanging, especially with something like security cameras. When the next electricians finally came by, the discovered he had installed one of the other cameras incorrectly so it took longer for them to do their job.

Kevin at Beacon Electric is fantastic! I called several companies and he was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. Super professional and honest! definitely plan on using them again for all of our electrical needs and highly recommend to others!
