I had a great experience with Beal Plumbing & Heating from start to finish. Every person I interacted with—from Jessica, who scheduled the appointment, to Josh, who came out to assess the damaged drain pipe and provide the quote, to the team who completed the work—was personable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The job ended up being more complicated than expected and took longer to complete, requiring additional time and materials. Even so, they stood by their original quote and reassured me that I would not be charged more simply because the work took longer than anticipated. I really appreciated that level of honesty and professionalism. It can be stressful dealing with an unexpected plumbing repair, but the entire team made the experience as easy and straightforward as possible. Needed a plumber for a broken water heater, called Beal, techs on site same day, explained why problem could not be simply fixed, an offered solutions, including buying from them a new heater or picking one up myself at a big box store. I opted with their equipment as they would be more familiar, they brought it in later in the day and stayed into the evening to finish the job so my family had hot water that day! If you need a plumber for any job, these are definitely worth a call!

Exceptional service and attention to detail from start to finish and beyond. My first experience with Beal Plumbing started with a water heater, they were fantastic. Had an issue with the warranty on the unit and Beal stepped up to make things perfect even with the manufacturer not providing support. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Was so pleased with their service it wasn’t even a question of who to hire when it came time for a heat pump this summer. Same excellent service with the heat pump. Will continue to be our go to for heating, cooling and plumbing jobs!

I had been having problems with my water heater and called Wes after my normal plumber had not returned my calls. I spoke with Wes first time i called. He was great he came saturday to take a look at the water heater and that afternoon he changed my 18 year old water heater with a new one. Wes was very helpful and I will use him everytime.
