Bella's Construction Company, LLC does the groundwork and civil-site jobs that go in before a building goes up — earthwork, roadway and utility work, commercial site development, and septic systems — out of Franklin. By its own account it's been at this more than 30 years, working commercial and residential projects from initial grading and land clearing through water, sewer, and storm-drain installs, curbing, paving, and both new and rehab septic system work. What's out there beyond the company's own site is thin so far: one Google rating, five stars, posted in December 2024, calling out a newer team member by name for solid, consistent work. That's a promising early sign, but with just one third-party review on file, there isn't much of a track record yet beyond what the company says about itself. No BBB profile, no Houzz or Thumbtack reviews turn up for this business yet, so anyone considering a site-work or septic job would do well to ask for references or recent project photos directly before booking.
