A customer who has had an irrigation system for over 40 years called Belmont for the first time with a service challenge, and Bob and his crew showed up the next day and resolved the issue. On Angi, another customer wrote that they knew exactly what to do and the sprinkler is working. Belmont Irrigation Services, based in South Easton, says it has been in business 35 years and handles irrigation design, installation and maintenance for residential and commercial customers. Its website lists a service area running through towns such as Abington, Attleboro, Braintree, Brockton, Canton, Easton and Weymouth. In a 2018 review, a customer wrote that Tracy and Bob turned on and winterized the system every year, and that when a hole was punctured in one of the lines during a septic pumping, Bob came out promptly to fix it. A different 2018 review said Bob came over quickly, explained everything, gave a price and was back the next day to do the work. In a 2016 review, a customer wrote that Bob took the time to show how the sprinkler heads are adjusted so the customer could do it themselves. In a 2019 review, a customer who paid $450 for a backflow system that Tracy and Bob installed wrote that they left without checking the system was working; when it was turned on, one of the valves would not shut, water was wasted for many hours, and it took them another full 10 days to show up. In the same 2019 review, the customer wrote that Jim became extremely angry, screamed and drove away, and that they were later told on the phone they had been removed from the fall list. In a 2025 Angi review, a customer wrote that security cameras confirmed Belmont was on the property but could not confirm the work was done, and that questioning the owner about it was met with arrogance and disrespect. A 2017 review said an adjusted head still hit the neighbor's house and the missing control box manual was never sent. The BBB rates Belmont A+ and lists it as accredited; on Angi it has 4.2 stars from 12 ratings.
