Septic pump replacement. Not sure how he fit down there, but he made it work. He’s been here before and couldn’t ask for a more efficient and personable person. Great sense of humor and absolutely willing to explain everything to the homeowner.
Fantastic company! I highly recommend their services because they were professional, reliable, and trustworthy. Chris came out to the house I’m renting and cleaned the septic tank. The septic was in dire need of emptying. Chris was respectful, responsible, and hard working. This was the first time I had a septic cleaning ever. Chris made sure I understood the do’s and don’ts after a cleaning. I was very appreciative for the information because he saved me and my landlord potential costly repairs!!! No harsh cleaning chemicals after a septic tank cleaning. Berry’s prices are reasonable and affordable.
I’m not sure of the guys name, but I’ve never had anyone do as thorough a job as he did. He made sure the tank was completely pumped, taking a lot out f time and clearly took pride in his work. He also repaired the baffle. Great job!
Experienced major backup in the middle of January. Called for pumping. Chris came out, very professional and thorough. went the extra mile...helped us find the actual tank and pumped it for us. Highly recommend Berry for prompt and professional service...hopefully you get Chris..the absolute best. A million thanks...wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again!
Called Berry’s after our previous septic company couldn’t get to us for several weeks. Answered first call, got me on the schedule and arrived within the window specified and ended up being slightly cheaper than the other company. Thx Berry’s!!
