BEST CONNECTICUT ROOFING LLC

I had an excellent experience with Best Connecticut Roofing from start to finish. I first met the company at a local home show, which I appreciated. They weren’t knocking on my door trying to sell me a roof. They are a true family-owned and operated business that has been established for more than a decade, with several family members working throughout the company in different capacities. I particularly appreciate doing business with contractors where the owners and family are hands-on and actively involved in the business. There is a level of accountability and pride in the work that matters to me. Julien was my primary contact, and one of the things I appreciated most was the time he took to educate me about the roofing process. I interviewed four companies before making my decision, and Julien stood out because he was direct, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everything he told me was put in writing, everything was clearly explained, and most importantly, he kept his word. I knew exactly what to expect throughout the process. Installation day was equally impressive. The crew arrived around 7:30 in the morning, and by approximately 4:30 that afternoon, my new roof was complete. They were extremely respectful of my property, carefully protecting my gardens and landscaping with tarps so debris and materials wouldn’t damage my plants. When they finished, everything was cleaned up impeccably and put back exactly as they found it. Other than having a beautiful new roof, you would never know a roofing crew had spent the day at my house. I’m also very pleased with the shingles and the finished appearance. The roof has now been on for about two weeks and has already been through two heavy rainstorms without an issue. From the initial consultation through installation and cleanup, Best Connecticut Roofing delivered exactly what they promised. Professional, organized, respectful, trustworthy and genuinely hands-on. It was a pleasure doing business with Julien and his team, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company in Connecticut. Five stars, well deserved.

Thank you for the job , was nice and easy work with this company, all the guys are great

Jorge and his team did a phenomenal job on my roof, and they were very professional during the whole process. I received a comprehensive estimate that outlined all aspects of the project, and the price was very fair compared to quotes that I received from other roofers in the area. The team showed up exactly when they said they would, and the quality of the work was outstanding. After the job was done, the team ran magnet sweepers over my whole yard for stray nails and cleaned up everything to the point where I couldn't believe that my whole roof had been replaced hours before. I recommend Best Connecticut Roofing to anyone, and I'm very glad I ended up going with them.

Best Connecticut Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Jorge was upfront and transparent when quoting. The crew arrived on time and worked hard to get the roof completed in just over a day. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. Overall top job!!

I called Best CT Roofing for a quote to replace my roof. They send us two gentlemen; Jack & Kevin. These two young fellows were not your typical sales people. No dancing around, no gimmicks. They are passionate & sincere about their product and the company they represent. As soon as I realized their sincerity, I asked them to immediately let me sign the contract. Their office called to schedule the start date. From the time they arrived until the day they left, they kept me informed about every little things they are did. The job was completed as promised. They came the next day to inspect the work. Their employees deserve more than five stars in workmanship, customer service & kindness. The roof was done six months ago. A few days ago they came to inspect the roof since we had more snow this year than the previous ones. I hired them again to fix my chimney, they finished the job on time. They repointed the bricks perfectly, redone the crown/cap, power washed & cleaned the roof area nicely. Thank you again for a job well done!
