Ron put in my doors a few years back and did a great job. I also needed some maintenance on the doors recently and he got right on it, thank you for the great work!
Excellent experience! I called this morning as one of our garage doors would not move. Ron called me back within minutes of my original call. His guys arrived the same day, and were able to fix the door. They also serviced both garage doors and provide guidance for future servicing, and upgrades. Bill was the technician and was excellent to work with.
I had an issue with my one opener. Ron and his assistant came, even though I'm a little out of his normal service area, and in about an hour(ish) they identified the problem, fixed that, AND adjusted all the cables and springs, lubed the running gear, checked over the motor, basically tuned up the system. I was prepared to replace both my openers, but he said no need now. When I do need new ones, I'm not calling anyone else. Much appreciated Ron, thank you so much. - Dave
