I reached out to Big Country Electric after hours when a DIY turned in to needing a professional. Josh not only answered the call, he showed up within the hour. Josh was friendly, professional and extremely helpful in answering every question I asked and did so with patience. Not only did he fix the problem, he walked me through the process of what was causing the error and the steps that would be needed to correct it. I cannot recommend Josh and Big Country Electric enough. In a time when it often feels like customer service, professionalism and good work are a thing of the past, Josh & Big Country Electric prove otherwise.
