In its own profile statement, Bigtree landscape and design describes itself as a small landscape company out of Holliston that specializes in landscape design and installation, spring and fall cleanups and mulching. In a 2022 review, a customer praised its customer service, writing that it was "the first time I can really say that about a landscaping company." A customer wrote in 2022 that he came to look at their yard and discuss the project, said he would send an estimate but never did, and ignored several calls and texts. In a 2024 review, a customer said a tree bought from them three years earlier had never done well and looked weak from the start, and that a request for advice on how to salvage it got no reply.
