The company describes itself as family owned and operated, with work that includes septic repairs, septic tank installations and tank cleaning, and it lists Newtown, Shelton, Monroe, Fairfield, Stratford, Easton, Brookfield and Trumbull as its service area. A recent customer said the technician knew exactly where to dig and left the property with minimal disturbance beyond where the tank covers were. A recent customer with a clogged septic filter said Bill Jr came out in an emergency. In a 2026 review, a customer said Bill came out to inspect an issue and had the septic pumped the next day. A 2024 customer described a backup that flooded three rooms. That 2024 customer said the man the company sent dug a hole, ran a hose into the tank, then exposed the inlet baffle and found a blob partially blocking it, and charged less than the two earlier companies.
