Birchmere Collective LLC

We’ve worked with Birchmere Collective since the beginning of the year, initially across two of our short-term rental properties and now across all three. They’ve become an important part of our operation and have consistently helped us maintain the high standard reflected in the glowing reviews we receive from our guests. Their team has been reliable, responsive, and—particularly important in the STR business—extremely flexible. Whether navigating tight same-day turnovers, changing schedules, or the occasional last-minute or emergency request, they’ve consistently stepped up when we’ve needed them. As our portfolio has grown, so has our confidence in Birchmere. We’re now happily exploring ways to broaden the relationship beyond cleaning into additional aspects of property operations, including maintenance management and guest relations. I’d highly recommend Birchmere to other short-term rental owners and operators in the Lake Sunapee area looking for a dependable local partner.

Great service, good communication, highly recommend.

This team did a fabulous job of deep clean of our summer cottage and continues to provide excellent routine cleanings and services between users of our property. I highly recommend them for property cleaning and management services.
