Biron's Flooring

Biron's Flooring sells and installs carpet, tile and hardwood floors from a showroom, and the company says on its website it has been in business 45 years. Its BBB grade is A+, and Google shows 4.7 stars from 31 ratings. In a 2023 review, a customer said Biron's replaced nearly all the floors in their house: new carpet in the basement, a tile floor in the kitchen and dining room, and hardwood floors in the living room, hall and bedrooms. A 2025 customer said Biron's did their hardwood floors and the tile floors and walls in a bathroom, and later came back to do a backsplash and a stone veneer on the fireplace; that 2025 customer called the backsplash work meticulous. In a 2024 review, a customer said Jim came to their home to do measurements and planning, and that the price quotes were within their budget and never changed once the project was done. A 2025 customer wrote that they compared prices at LaValley's and Home Depot and got better pricing on carpeting at Biron's, and that installers Jay and Cashton laid the carpets. A 2024 customer said the installation was scheduled quickly and arrived as planned. In a 2025 review, a customer said Carrie helped coordinate floor tile and backsplash tile for their renovated kitchen and bathrooms and helped with a new runner rug for a stairwell. A 2023 customer, Tony Bourque of Burpee Hill Construction, wrote that he uses Biron's for his clients and his own projects. In a 2023 review, a customer said the salesperson was rude and condescending when they came in about a problem with an existing floor.
