A new patio, transplanted shrubs and a lawn restored after septic problems are the jobs one June 2026 customer describes hiring BJ's Lawncare & Landscaping to do. Other customers call on the Forestdale business for regular mowing and irrigation work. The company says it serves Cape Cod with lawn care, irrigation, landscape construction, planting, tree and shrub care, and snow removal. It describes itself as locally and family-owned and says it has been beautifying Cape Cod's outdoor spaces since 1986. An August 2026 customer says they have used BJ's for about three years and that their lawn is cut every Friday at a reasonable price. A July reviewer praises quick crew responses and an office that is easy to reach. Another July customer describes Manny, Eddie and Nick walking the property to discuss the requested projects. Eddie and Nick then trimmed foundation plants and other shrubbery while Manny left for another assignment. The customer says the crew followed their instructions, communicated pleasantly and cleaned up thoroughly. Irrigation work gets specific praise. A July reviewer credits John with installing irrigation lines on a hill where nothing would grow, saying it became lush and green. In May, another customer says BJ's installed their sprinkler system five years earlier and that John F visits several times a year to open, close and inspect it. That customer says he answers their concerns and shares tips. The June patio customer also says relocated mature shrubs were flowering after the move and that their lawn had become lush following the septic problems. Older customers described planting and maintenance projects. In September 2025, one reviewer praised daily cleanup during a three-day job involving weeding, bed edge cutting and pruning. Another reviewer that month described redoing shrubs and plants on one side of the house, praising project manager Erica's patience and the crew's work. A May 2026 customer disputed the scope of a spring cleanup: they said they paid a 50% deposit, found leaves removed but storm branches still present, and were then told branches had not been included. A June reviewer reported plastic trash blowing from a company truck. In August 2024, a reviewer objected to a manager's company vehicle parked outside a poorly maintained yard. OSHA names BJ's in an inspection entry. Google lists 4.5 stars from 60 ratings. The BBB gives BJ's an A+ and lists it as non-accredited. Its BBB profile lists 19 years in business, while the company's website says it has worked since 1986.
“Inspection: 1751842.015 - Bj'S Lawncare & Landscaping, Inc”
I have been with BJ's for about 3 years and the service had been excellent. They cut my lawn every Friday for a reasonable price.
Manny and his crew, Eddie and Nick, walked the property with me to discover what projects I wanted done. They were on site to trim foundation plants and other shrubbery. The work was performed by the crew while Manny left for another assignment. The work was performed well in accordance with my instructions and expectations. The cleanup was excellent and thorough. The workers were very pleasant and communicative.
Great experience w/ their arborists and crew. Communicative and straightforward.
John is the best in irrigation. I had a problem hill that would not grow anything and John put irrigation lines and now it is lush and beautiful.
Excellent service! I have never been dissatisfied with the care and efficiency of the staff.
