I wanted to give a SHOUT OUT to Tyler for providing me with exceptional service. My gas fireplace won’t turn on and even though Black Swan doesn’t service my particular fireplace he took it upon himself to provide me with two different companies that might be able to help. I feel like service like this is unheard of. Thank you Tyler for exceeding my expectations and providing such a great experience. I will never forget.

WOW.. from start to finish. Kevin you are a top-notch salesman! Thank you for a wonderful experience while we picked out our new fireplace! You were so helpful, informative and patient making it all so easy. Dustin and Reshawn installed our unit. They were so professional and paid attention to every detail in making sure everything was perfect! They were both wonderful, polite, and super chill young men. We LOVE the new fireplace and Kevin so happy we went with the black mirror background it’s GORGEOUS!!!!
I use Black Swan at least twice yearly for maintenance with my pellet stove. When I call to schedule my appointments, I speak with Tyler. He is unbelievably kind and without fail remembers my name and the type of stove that we have at our home. It'll my family every time how impressed I am with him. I made our first appointment for this year and as usual, he was right on top of everything. He is a tremendous asset to his company and most importantly, he emphasizes the customer service aspect of his position.
We had a fireplace insert that was converted to propane. We recently hooked up to natural gas and needed to have the fireplace converted. We spoke to several companies handling quadrafire inserts and was advised quadrafire no longer makes the conversion kit. When I finally reached Black Swan I spoke with their representative Tyler. What a breath of fresh air! Tyler said he could make it happen by getting the parts individually for the conversion. He quickly set up a date for the conversion that worked for both of us. I had to change dates on him a few times due to the gas company delays and he was pleasant throughout. Great representative! When the day finally arrived, and my tech arrived on time. Shaun ( Rusharn) was one of the most delightful people to have in my home. He quickly protected my furniture and floor and began work. He certainly knows his stuff and finished the conversion with no fuss! Shaun even offered some suggestions on how to keep this unit in tip top shape. I am kind of particular on things relating to my house and can say without a doubt-- no-one but this team will be coming through my front door! This company and team are top performers.
