A June 2026 reviewer said the crew removed the old driveway, hardpacked and regraded the base, and paved it in two days. A July reviewer described a difficult hill and parking area where sinking material had to be removed. They requested a double layer for larger trucks and praised the regrading and compaction. Another July customer said Mike answered their questions, supplied a new quote within a week and completed their driveway job in one day. Older customers described similar hands-on work. In a September 2017 HomeAdvisor review, a homeowner said Michael and his crew removed boulders and buried cement beneath the previous driveway, laid asphalt the same day and left the site clean. A September 2022 reviewer in Charlton described replacement of a steep, 40-year-old driveway with regrading, two coats of asphalt and a berm. The BBB gives the business an A+ grade. There are also dated complaints about the pavement and follow-up. A July 2020 HomeAdvisor reviewer said grading stopped garage flooding, but reported tire marks, a raised bump at the street, a $1,000 increase over the initial estimate and no town permit. They said promised repairs had not been scheduled after ten weeks and calls and emails went unanswered; they also said an advertised senior discount was not offered. A June 2020 reviewer reported holes, cracks and uneven pavement, along with an unfulfilled invoice promise and unsuccessful attempts to get help. In August 2019, another customer praised the installation's initial appearance but said minivan tires left ruts despite waiting six days when told to wait five. That customer also reported no receipt and unanswered requests for Dale to assess the damage.
