First time using this company for a driveway and the must say they did a beautiful job, very clean and professional, most importantly reasonable prices. Would recommend!

I hired this company a couple of years ago and they did a pretty good job repaving and expanding my driveway. At the end of the job they told me to call back within a year to repair any problems that developed. That's where the problem started and the reason for the one star rating. I waited until about a month was left before the year was up, and emailed them about some damage that had formed since the install. They first tried to deny that the damage in the pictures was on their work (it was obvious from the age of the asphalt and the color that it was their work). Then, I told them I'd include it in my review if they refused to stand by their work. They replied with "by all means right a review and i will sue you for slander." I decided it was a minor issue and dropped it. I forgot about the whole thing until I decided to clean out my inbox and saw the exchange from 4 years ago. Their reaction was incredibly condescending and rude. Also legally illiterate. I would not have contacted them for a follow up if they hadn't told me they would cover their work for a year. They wanted to appear as if they'd stand by their work but when it came to it, they decided it was better to threaten me with a lawsuit.

Bouton and son’s did a beautiful job on our driveway. They’re very careful and cautious about tearing up the lawns. They set the driveway up so that the water would divert more toward the road . We would definitely call on Bouton and sons again.

I recently had my driveway done, and I couldn't be happier! The work is fantastic—it looks great. What stood out even more was the customer service. The team was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I’ve already been telling my friends and family about them and would totally recommend their services to anyone looking todo a driveway. Great experience all around!

This was such a great experience and I love our new driveway! They came when they anticipated and did the job unbelievably efficiently and well! It was so neat to watch the removal of the old driveway and the prep for the new one. I only wish I had pics of the crews! I do have some I can post here (I was just so amazed watching, I kept forgetting to take more!) and sent some to them for Facebook since I do not have an account there. They were very personable, professional, patient, went above and beyond, saving my sod to be removed for the back fill (AH!), and were great explaining all to us! Two weeks later, as they said, the second crew came back and paved the driveway. It was impressive how professionals can do this job so well so quickly! Both crews worked like a well oiled machine! Boutin has been around for a very long time with a great reputation. Our new driveway has been in for almost two weeks, and we just LOVE the way it looks! We are very pleased with the end product and the process, as well. We are certain you will be too!
