Briggs Property Management LLC

Two full days, one "horrendously overgrown commercial lot": a recent Google customer said two young men from Briggs pulled weeds, cut brush, trimmed hedges, cleaned up beds and applied mulch, and that customer said they were pleased with the results. Briggs Property Management is a yard-care company in Coventry. A backyard cleanup customer said the leaves and debris were cleared out and the yard looked much cleaner, and called the company responsive, timely and easy to work with. That customer had hoped weeding would be part of the job, and said it was their own mistake for not including it in the requested quote. A lawn-services customer said the lawn always looks good, is always on time, and that they are glad they switched to Briggs. A customer who has used Alex and his crew for years praised the communication and the fair pricing. On r/RhodeIsland, a 2026 commenter wrote that they use Briggs Property Management in Coventry. A 2021 commenter in the same forum named the company as exactly who the poster was looking for.
