A 2022 buyer wrote that Nick Daher broke down all three before they bought a Revere triple-decker; another that year said Matt Wessels underwrote deals, opened up his network and put together renovation budgets across two multi-family purchases. The Better Business Bureau, which has not accredited it, grades it A+ and records a start date of November 2016. Daher is the broker-owner, working with a small group of sales associates. Repeat business is the clearest signal. A 2022 reviewer said the team had by then sold them three multi-family properties and also handled renting the units; another had bought two and been handed the contractors who renovated them; a third described buying a poorly performing multi-family, taking advice on how to reset the rents, and ending up with a three-family that appreciated. Deal records posted to r/tradedboston in 2023, 2024 and 2025 name Daher or Wessels on Revere, Malden and East Boston multi-family transactions between $1.18M and $1.38M, and one records Daher buying a six-unit Revere building himself. The listing side is not an afterthought. A 2022 seller of a Greater Boston multi-family described staged photography, 3D virtual tours and online advertising, and credited ideas raised during the showings with lifting the sale price. Another 2022 seller said their home was cleaned, painted and staged before multiple over-asking offers came in. Ordinary buyers show up too: a 2022 couple were walked through a bidding war on a first home in Lynnfield, and one buyer wrote that Daher talked them out of houses that were wrong for them, then structured a winning offer that still kept the inspection and financing contingencies. Two things to weigh before calling. A couple of the five-star reviews come from people who worked alongside the office rather than hired it — a junk-removal contractor and a business associate writing about mutual clients — and they read differently from the client accounts. And the written reviews stop in January 2024, while the transaction posts continue into 2025. Ask for closings near you from the last year, since the client accounts themselves are a couple of years old.
