Bryant Paving's customers describe work from cutting and patching an existing driveway to excavating unsuitable material and building a new base. The Meredith company advertises residential, commercial and municipal paving, says it has eighteen years in business and offers free estimates. Its stated service area includes the Lakes Region, Plymouth and Conway; its own Angi description says it covers New Hampshire statewide. A February 2025 homeowner in Gilford described excavation, replacement gravel, grading and a 2½-inch base course, with the top course planned for later. They praised communication and the condition of the property afterward. In July 2025, another customer said the crew cut and patched asphalt ahead of planned sealcoating, arrived on time and left the area cleaner than before. An August 2024 customer praised resurfacing with reclaimed asphalt while they were away. Several older accounts describe driveway details. An October 2023 customer praised careful paving right up to a stone wall, along with help understanding the state-permit process. Another that month described a new asphalt topcoat on an existing base and praised the crew's coordination. A July 2023 repeat customer said Bryant returned to reshape and sealcoat a driveway it had paved ten years earlier. In April 2026, a North Woodstock customer praised communication during an ongoing project. A June 2026 reviewer described a contentious site discussion: they said the sales manager dismissed their explanation of how they turned a car in the space, hit a temporary pole marking buried pipes and left it unrepaired. Google shows a 4.7-star average from 23 ratings, and BBB gives the company an A+ grade. The business also advertises crack filling, milling and parking-lot work. Local coverage in the Laconia Daily Sun identifies Leslie Bryant as the company's owner.
“Leslie Bryant, owner of Bryant Paving in Meredith, started her company in 2008, with no prior construction experience or exposure, other than pushing a wheelbarrow or a rake.”

“The series kicks off March 18 with Leslie Bryant, owner of Bryant Paving, who invested her life savings into an auction-bought truck in 2008 with zero construction experience and built a 20-person, DOT-prequalified operation that's become one of Central NH's most trusted names in asphalt paving.”
Sales manager insisted that I would not be able to turn my car around in a space that I've already turned around in many times. When I explained the turn I make he told me it was not possible. He kept insisting he knew what was possible and would not consider my input at all. He knew best regardless of what i wanted. Also he hit one of the poles i have temporarily put in the ground to keep me off my buried pipes and did not fix it before he left even though he admitted he hit it. Told my it was my fault for not putting it in securely. I've never hit them when turning around in the same spot we were discussing by the way.
Leslie and her entire staff/employees are amazing. She is currently doing a big project for us in North Woodstock and we couldn't be more pleased. They always communicate so well and just very professional. Thank you Leslie and staff.
This entire team is amazing! Great communication, job was provided as described, excellent work. HIGHLY recommend!
The team showed up to cut and patch a section of asphalt in advance of sealcoating later this summer. Aside from the new asphalt patch, you'd never know they were there. I'm very happy with the job. They showed up on time, executed the job, and left the area cleaner than how they found it.
fantastic job! thank you
