A 2023 customer said the company was an hour late, sent one person who spent 2 hours washing cabinet doors and the fridge and mopping floors, and charged 350 dollars for what had been described as a complete deep clean. A 2023 customer said the company showed up about 2 hours behind the agreed time and was there barely an hour. A 2022 customer hired the company to clean an empty house they had just bought and said some windows were not clean, cobwebs were still on the ceiling fans and the carpets were not shampooed; afterward that 2022 customer was told the company does not shampoo carpets and only spot treats, and was offered a discounted rate to come back. A 2022 customer with three kids at home said they had someone come and keep the home clean on a regular basis. A 2022 customer said they had been using them for about a year.
DO NOT HIRE. I asked this company for help cleaning my elderly fathers home while he was in the hospital. They charged me for a complete top to bottom clean. I asked for carpet shampoo, walls, curtains, EVERYTHING. The owner agreed and quoted me a price. They cleaned a half bathroom, entryway and a little surface cleaning and THAT WAS IT. **they didn’t even bring a vacuum**. The owner was completely not receptive to my complaint. I 100% do not recommend.
I absolutely can not believe how unprofessional this business is. We paid them $300 to clean my father's house "top to bottom" and they absolutely did not do that. They didn't dust picture frames on the walls, didn't shampoo carpets as agreed, they didn't even bring a vacuum! They refused to wipe down walls because they said it "appeared to be vomit" on the walls, it absolutely wasn't. They brought a small spot cleaner, even though they agreed to shampoo the entire carpets. Throughout this entire time they had zero communication. They never once texted or called to say why they weren't cleaning something, they just left it a mess. To top it all off, the owner blocked me after I texted her to complain about the poor job she did. Unprofessionalism at it's finest.
Incredible!!! The ladies were so friendly and did such a great job! Look forward to using them in the future. They made my life so much easier!
Absolutely terrible service. First, they were an hour late. Secondly, we were told they would do a complete deep clean, ceiling to floors. This was absolutely not true at all. They sent only one person, which was the second red flag after being late, and spent 2 hours in my home. They washed cabinet doors, fridge, and mopped floors. That's it. Didn't vacuum any of the carpet rooms, didnt wash any of the base boards or walls, didn't even mop the bathroom. They didn't even move furniture like chairs to mop underneath them or the dining room table. Very disappointed and shame on me for not doing better research, but they came recommended from a friend. They charged 350 dollars for this service and did not perform as expected or as promised.
Last week my family paid for a deep cleaning for me and it was far from that. First they never showed up at the agreed upon time, Had to be called and were told they were "behind"--like 2 hours behind and they never called me to tell me. They were here barely an hour and did just "top dressing" and not even much of that. A complete waste of money. Don't do it.
