This will be long, but hopefully this helps your decision! Earlier this summer I had booked a project with another company which went very poorly. I had a new project that needed to be done and put off looking for a landscaper thinking I could tackle it myself which didn't happen. I put in a request on Built Landscaping's website on a Saturday night, Francisco called me within minutes to discuss my project and set up an estimate at my home on Monday. We were going to be leveling the old space where my pool was and installing an area for a new playplace to be setup. We would also be moving two of my plastic sheds with rotted out bases in non ideal locations to a new location in the corner of my yard. He arrived and discussed the project and my deadline for the work to be completed and sent along a quote. I had a couple questions on the quote and he revised it so I felt comfortable accepting. Francisco and his crew arrived on the scheduled day and he quickly discussed the project again with myself and his crew so we were all clear. He said they would do the majority of the project day one and come back and finish the second day. I left for work while the team got to work. In the middle of the day I called Francisco to ask if he could have his crew fill in the wood chips after the playplace was setup the next day instead of before for safety reasons. They had originally planned on doing it Day 1 but he had the crew pivot and start working on the sheds instead so that I was comfortable. Day 2 the playplace people came and were working on the playset while his crew worked on my sheds. After the sheds area was done the team went back to work filling in the wood chips and spreading some loam around the site. My wife even saw them checking the playset to make sure it was secured properly for my children's safety. When I arrived home from work I was thoroughly impressed with how they left my yard. They even stacked up the various pavers stones and bricks that were under one of my sheds neatly along the edge of the yard. Francisco called me that evening to make sure everything went well and to ask if I had any concerns. I will be happy to reach back out to Built Landscaping for future projects.

Francisco and his crew were phenomenal. My questions and concerns were always addressed quickly. He thoroughly explained how to utilize the irrigation system. Plus, he ensured one of the sprinkler heads would even water my front flower bed. I will be hiring him and his crew again for continued maintenance and up keep of my beautiful, newly installed yard and other projects I have planned for further upgrades on the outside of my home.

I was very satisfied with the general services provided; the team communicated well, remained polite and friendly, and showed great care in completing the work efficiently and reliably.
