They undertook a unexpectedly complicated retaining wall job and did an excellent job working through the challenges. From excavation to installation to regrading, they put a ton of time and effort into the project. I’d also point out in terms of cleanup, they were meticulous. Highly recommend!
Overall, Not very considerate - they parked their truck outside the driveway and spent majority of chargeable time moving the debris without even considering to ask for moving the truck closer to the site and get more job done. Feel the service pros are a bit passive and not customer oriented.
They did a great job getting a very large hemlock tree down.
