“Burlington Glass is worth talking to; they've repaired a few things for my family over the years, not always simple stuff, and they did solid work.”
Not only did they replace my rear windshield next day but they took everything out of my trunk and removed all the broken glass inside my car. Amazing customer service as well as timely and quality work
Kudos to Burlington Glass Center, who just replaced over 30 windows in our 100+ year old house - a complex job made even more challenging by the crew’s daily round trip to the Adirondacks! We have nothing but praise for the great job they did - Shout out to their main man Jeremy, who was cheerful, positive, professional and thorough, including meticulous cleanup. I can recommend Burlington Glass without reservation.
The technician who replaced my windshield did a good job. Unfortunately, the business side of the company was very frustrating to deal with. They have significant issues managing customer accounts and performing basic administrative functions such as issuing invoices. Good technicians can only do so much when office operations are disorganized.
Jeremy and Matt handled our difficult mirror install with ease. Highly recommend!
