Its website advertises recurring cleaning, kitchen and bathroom renovations, insurance and free estimates. Google lists 4.4 stars from 14 ratings; Angi lists 3.9 from six. Cleaning customers writing in August and September 2023 praised detailed work, communication and the owners’ presence during cleaning. An October 2025 customer also described a reliable, fast home cleaning. The most recent detailed complaint concerns work beyond cleaning. In September 2026, a customer said they paid $11,000 for first-floor insulation and beam repairs. They alleged the insulation fell out within a day, the framing required replacement and a crawl-space support beam hung loose. They also reported broken light bulbs and a request for another $3,000 after three days of work. Cleaning complaints require attention too. An October 2025 Google reviewer said valuables were unaccounted for and household items had been moved after a Homeaglow-arranged cleaning costing more than $400. Those are the customer’s allegations. A January 2025 Angi reviewer described paying an additional $400 for three cleaners to stay three hours and finding their work unacceptable. In September 2023, another Angi customer objected when one of the initial cleaners left; the customer said an item was moved, fell and broke, and that the final cleaning fell short of expectations.

We have been working with Chris and Carla for 3 years. They and their team consistently exceed our expectations. Our toilet paper is folded into bows sometimes! They treat our home we live in a fancy hotel lol. Coming home to a well cleaned house is like a relaxing exhale and one of my favorite days of the week. Would steer far from them. Chris came and gave me a quote on insulating my first floor and repairing beams underneath. , seemed knowledgeable nice and trust worthy. Paid $11k. All of the insulation fell out within the first day. The framing wasnt done correctly at all and needs to be ripped out and properly done. I asked for some structural supports, he sent me a photo of a beam he placed on top of an existing rock in my crawl space. I go to look at the progress and can see the beam is hanging loose. No care at all put into the project. Broke a few light bulbs and raided my fridge while i was out. Was in and out within 3 days and still wanted an extra $3k
