Rewiring a whole house was a big enough job that one customer checked with three contractors Chad had worked with, then hired him; in a 2012 Angi review, they said he answered calls and emails immediately and worked past 5 p.m. on two days to finish. C & L Electric is a Brunswick electrical company whose Angi reviews run from 2012 to 2025, and four of the older ones refer to Cormier's Electric or Mr. Cormier. Angi shows 4.4 stars from 25 ratings, and Angi lists Maine trade licence MS60019411. The company's Angi profile lists electrical work for new construction and remodels, panel upgrades, heat pumps, generators, EV chargers and smart home systems. The newest reviews are short and positive. A September 2025 customer said Chad stayed in constant communication, finished ahead of schedule and kept the price affordable, and an August 2025 reviewer said the system was checked for safety and the work done right away. In 2014, a customer said Chad was the only one of several electricians contacted who would take a small job, and in a 2012 review another customer said he was on site the next day and done within two hours. The complaints are older and specific. In a 2016 review, a customer who paid up front said the worker arrived without all his supplies, left for about an hour and a half, and charged $450 for five minutes of work on a well pump. A 2014 reviewer said Chad changed their overhead service to underground but refused to run the whole line in conduit as they wanted, leaving them to finish it themselves, and that his attitude toward her was dismissive. A 2015 customer said the work was fine but scraps of wire and old dead wiring were left in the basement.
Affordable price, great work, and easy to work with. Chad was in constant communication and finished the job ahead of schedule. I highly recommend!
