One homeowner hired him repeatedly — for a retaining wall, a patio, a driveway and lawn work — and said neighbors started calling him after seeing the results. Not every account is as smooth. A 2026 review describes the crew leaving a job unfinished after being paid, with the owner telling the customer to finish the last step herself; a 2024 review on Thumbtack said a different homeowner never heard back once they asked for a price. Both are worth asking about directly. For a hardscape job — walls, patios, pavers — this is a crew with a real, specific track record; just get the scope and price nailed down in writing before work starts.
Will and his team were amazing! He made sure everything was done according to my liking and plans! He is a perfectionist and will make sure the job is done correctly. Looks Fantastic! My experience with William and his two man crew was pleasant from beginning to end. They installed a walkway from the backyard to the driveway and a retaining wall around the flower bed at the front of the house; matching the existing pattern in the backyard. William was very personable and professional. He understood the design I wanted and even made a couple of suggestions that fit the design and my budget (which was spot on). The crew showed up early every morning and worked diligently throughout the day, ensuring the area was cleaned before they left each day. They started Monday and were done Friday afternoon. It was a pretty smooth process and William made sure I was happy during the build. Me, my family and neighbors (who were very complimentary as they saw it being built) think it looks fantastic! I would definitely hire William and crew again and highly recommend him.
