Carrier’s Turf Pros Lawn Fertilizing is a Sutton-based lawn-care company that says it has served Massachusetts and Connecticut since 2005. Its stated work includes fertilization, lawn-care programs, mosquito and insect treatments, flea and tick control, aeration, seeding, and tree and shrub care. Recent Google reviewers describe technicians who explain the work, notice lawn conditions, and handle treatments carefully. One customer said Sal documented recently seeded areas; another praised Caleb’s thorough tick and mosquito treatment and attention to pet safety. Customers also report visible lawn improvement over multiple years and attentive answers to questions, including an owner call about whether an application could affect bees. The Google profile shows 4.9 stars from 365 ratings, while the quoted recent reviews are a small slice of that larger profile. There is one clear service issue to discuss before booking. A May 2026 review from a prior-year customer reported that after signing up for four applications, only the first treatment happened and the reviewer was disappointed with scheduling, communication, and account handling. That account contrasts with several newer reviews praising responsiveness and communication, so prospective customers should confirm the treatment schedule, follow-up cadence, and how account concerns are handled. Carrier’s is a reasonable fit for homeowners seeking recurring lawn treatments, seeding or aeration, and pest-control applications, especially when technician explanations and lawn-specific care matter. Confirm the exact program, timing, and pet or pollinator precautions before work begins.
Seth does a great job every time these guys come to my house. My lawn has shown a drastic improvement over the last couple years using Carrier's. I had some concerns over the stuff they put down if it would hurt my bees but the owner took the time to call me and walk me through exactly what they use and that it was bee friendly. He gave me detailed info and encouraged me to look into it myself which I did and the stuff they use if indeed bee safe according to what I saw online. My bees are doing great so far so it must bee safe for them!
Sal my technician is very thorough he noted we had areas recently seeded his summary was comprehensive
Great attention to detail. Always available to take time and patience to answer my sometimes dumb questions or to address special requests. Have used service for at least 3 years now and lawn has improved each year especially where a good portion was a wild flower field before previous owner began converting to or attempting lush lawn. Highly recommend. And they're regular e-mails regarding local conditions, evolving treatments, etc. are very informative/educational
Carriers are excellent! We have used companies in the past for our lawn needs, but since we started with this company, our yard has never looked better! It has made a remarkable difference!
I had my first service today with Carrier's Turf Pro Lawn Care and I couldn't be happier. Nick is extremely professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain everything to me and walk me through what they will be doing for me annually. I'm looking forward to seeing the results!
