I was very nervous about this ride, I did not have an easy time with communicating my needs in the beginning. The driver arrived on time and was so experienced with the mobile chair.Destin was very sociable, relaxed and a great driver, especially in traffic. The bonus, he delivered me inside where I needed to go. He was very quick for the return ride home. Great service, thank you again Destin.

I had a fantastic experience using carry-on. They have, I think, the largest service area of all medical transport companies in MA. They were highly responsive on the phone, both drivers I had drove very safely, and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. I had a delay getting out of surgery, and they accommodated me no problem. This was such a load off my mind! They don't just do wheelchair transport, if you simply need a ride to or from a non T accessible Dr.appointment use them, you won't be disappointed.

Carry One Services went far beyond transportation—they helped create a truly unforgettable Christmas memory for our family and our dear friend Paul.<br>On Christmas Eve, they safely and comfortably brought our 83-year-old friend from his assisted living home to our house in his wheelchair. Because of them, Paul was able to once again take part in our long-standing Christmas Eve tradition—something that meant the world to all of us, and especially to him.<br>Fridah and Destin, our drivers, were absolutely amazing. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care were evident from the moment they arrived. They didn’t just do a job—they treated Paul like family and made the entire experience feel special and dignified.<br>Thanks to Carry One Services, friends and family were brought together again, and a lasting memory was created that we will cherish forever. We are deeply grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.
