Though my husband and I are still in the process of remodeling our kitchen I felt I had to write an “in progress” review to express how pleased we are with Jen (Ray) and Carter & Co. From the outset, Jen has been patient, creative, knowledgeable and quite amazing at managing and designing our project. We have been so impressed with how organized and responsive Jen has been even when we’ve had some timeline adjustments and life events that impacted how we’re approaching our project. Jen brings her creativity, experience and amazing ability to ‘get it done now’ approach to even the smallest details. I do not typically write reviews, but I’m happy to join their other happy clients in saying I’d recommend Carter & Co (and do!) and will use them for our other house projects!

We recently remodeled our bathroom with the help of Jen from Carter & Co, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. She helped us stay on budget without sacrificing quality, connected us with talented craftspeople for a custom vanity we love, and managed the project so it stayed on schedule (a rare miracle in the world of remodeling!). What stood out most was Jen’s ability to balance creativity with practicality—she made the process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. Working with Jen and Ray on our flower bed design was seamless and stress-free. They anticipated all of our needs, in terms of creating a plan with low maintenance options like perennials and grasses, and eco-friendly and modern stone scape. They delivered the plants, laid them out according to plan, and provided expert planting guidance.

Jen & Ray are a fantastic design duo that are helping us to reimagine the exterior of our home.
