I didn’t want to be cleaning my gutters anymore. At the Cheshire Fall Festival, I saw a demonstration and decided to have Casanova put gutters on my home. Their workers were neat, and I have not had any problems since. About a year ago, I had a leak where my roof met my back porch. My roof was 26 years old so I figured now would be the time to replace it before things got worse. However, my home has 6 wonderful skylights which were put in in 1984. I really didn’t want to replace them, but Murphy’s law seems to have a way of coming around! So I decided to get 3 quotes for the whole job. Jon from Casanova came to give me a quote. He was thorough and really seemed to want my business a second time. The Casanova quote was in line with the other two. However, I was impressed that they were going to put the water barrier over the entire roof (which the other town were not doing.) Once I signed the contract, everything started to come into place. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and respectful of my property. Starting with the careful delivery of the pallets and the dumpster; Tim who had to keep moving the schedule due to rain; and the 7 men who skillfully scaled the roof ( taking only a half hour for lunch). They worked so hard and didn’t damage my plantings. I was also worried about the inside of my rooms where the skylights were. A large tarp was opened to catch any loose particles. The men cleaned everything up both inside and outside, for which I was so grateful! I am being honest saying that I dreaded this project as it was a big, expensive undertaking for me. I have known other people who had troubles with other contractors. Now that it is done, I am so pleased that I chose Casanova Remodeling and had a great experience from start to finish!!!

I am not getting any kickbacks for posting this just a genuinely satisfied customer. I was on the fence between two companies, but very glad I chose this one. Mark was always prompt with a response and stood true to his word (even after he had been paid for the job). No surprise bills, accommodating, high quality products, and a family man that does the right thing. (Work completed: roof, gutters, and gutter guards). I would recommend to friends and family.
