The Greenwich business shows 4.6 stars from 99 ratings on HomeAdvisor and on Angi, with written reviews from 2020 to 2026, and reviewers name Cassio as the man doing the work. The newest review, from March 2026, says Cassio cleaned the gutters thoroughly without rushing, and was punctual and professional. In an April 2023 review, a customer said Cassio power washed a patio and walkways, applied polymeric sand, which they called generally well done with a bit of extra sand left over, and also cleaned the gutters and a grill. Another April 2023 customer hired him for patio power washing and exterior painting. A November 2021 review describes power washing a stone patio and house, building a new deck and updating a patio. An April 2023 reviewer noted that he and his workers took their shoes off inside. One review is a complaint. In June 2021, a customer who had Cassio power wash and stain a deck and railings said the stain did not come out well, and that when they called to have it fixed they never heard from him again.
